A clock spring connects the steering wheel to other electrical devices such as the airbag safety system, radio volume and station selections, horn and cruise controls. A clock spring can become faulty when wires become worn and break, causing a short or open circuit. The horn, radio controls and cruise controls can stop working, and the airbag warning light to come on as well.
Since the clock spring is responsible for two safety devices, including the horn and airbag safety system, replacing a faulty clock spring with a new unit is highly advised as soon as possible.

Delivery Information
Most orders are sent out the same business day and we aim to have in-stock items dispatched before 2 pm. The courier or Australia Post will collect any orders placed after 2 pm AEST the next business day.
Once your order has been packed and ready for dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. The package can then be tracked using the link attached in the email. Please note that your parcel may take 24 hours to register in the system.
It’s recommended that shipments are sent to a location that is attended during business hours, whether at home, work or another address, to avoid redelivery delays.
Priority/Express Delivery: We can also send packages via priority/express airfreight for urgent deliveries. Just select this option during the checkout process.
