Returns and Exchanges

We understand that there may be times when you need to return or exchange your purchase. To help you with the process, we have a Returns and Exchanges Policy in place.

Please read it carefully:

  1. Returns and exchanges must be made within 60 days of receiving your order.
  2. Returned items must be in new and unused condition, and in their original packaging.
  3. Refunds will not be issued for returned items that have been fully or partially installed, used, or have missing components.
  4. The customer is responsible for any postal charges incurred when returning items.
  5. Exchanges will be subject to a re-shipping fee.
  6. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  7. The original postage fee is only refundable if the return is due to an order error or a manufacturing defect.
  8. Refunds will be issued via the same payment method that was originally used to place the order (Bank Transfer, Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, or Afterpay).
