Most orders are typically dispatched on the same business day, with the goal of shipping in-stock items before 2 pm AEST. Orders placed after this time will be collected by the courier or Australia Post the following business day.

Once your order is packed and ready for dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can track your package using the link provided in the email. Please be aware that it may take up to 24 hours for your parcel to be registered in the tracking system.

To minimise redelivery delays, it is advisable to send shipments to an address that is attended during business hours, whether that’s a residential address, workplace, or another location.

For urgent deliveries, we offer a priority/express air freight option that can be selected during checkout.

We deliver parcels to PO Box addresses and also offer flat-rate shipping to remote locations within Australia, although delivery to these areas might take slightly longer.

For international deliveries, we can ship parcels worldwide, and the shipping cost is calculated automatically during checkout.

Regarding packaging, for some larger items, we may remove them from their original packaging to reduce shipping costs while ensuring they are adequately protected during transit.
