Methods of Payment

We can accept the following payments:

Direct Bank Transfer: Make your payment directly to our bank account using your order ID as the payment reference. Your order won’t be shipped until the funds have cleared in our account.

Online Payment via Credit Card: We accept payments using American Express, MasterCard and Visa.

Online Payment via PayPal: PayPal lets you make secure purchases without revealing your credit card number or other financial information. Not only does PayPal help keep this information private, but it also guarantees 100% protection against unauthorised payments sent from your account.

Buy Now, Pay Later via Afterpay: Afterpay lets you pay for your order in four interest-free instalments.

All orders include a Tax Invoice.

Delivery Information

Most orders are dispatched on the same business day, and we aim to send out in-stock items before 2 PM AEST. Orders placed after 2 PM AEST will be collected by the courier or Australia Post on the next business day.

Once your order has been packed and is ready for dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can track your package using the link provided in the email. Please allow up to 24 hours for your parcel to register in the tracking system.

For best results, we recommend shipping to a location that is attended during business hours—such as a home, workplace, or alternate address—to avoid redelivery delays.

**Express Post** For urgent deliveries, you can choose Express Post. Just select the Express postage option during checkout.

**PO Boxes** We do deliver parcels to PO Box addresses.

**Remote Locations** We offer flat-rate shipping to remote locations within Australia, though delivery may take slightly longer.

**International Delivery** We can ship parcels internationally. The shipping cost will be calculated automatically during the checkout process.

**Packaging** For some larger items, we may remove the product from its original packaging to reduce shipping costs. Rest assured, we will ensure that the product is adequately protected during transit.
