Returns

If you’ve bought something from us and need to return it for an exchange or refund, no worries! We offer a generous 60-day return window from the date of purchase.
 
Here are some simple guidelines for returning an item:
  • Make sure it’s in unused condition and can be resold.
  • Keep it in its original packaging.
  • Custom or special order items are not eligible for return.

Exchanges

As above, you have 60 days from your purchase to exchange an item. It should be unused, in its original packaging, and we’ll need your order number.
To start the exchange process, just reach out to us with your order number, the vehicle’s VIN or REGO, and why you want to exchange it. We’ll walk you through what to do next.
 

After 60 Days

Unfortunately, we can’t accept exchanges and returns after 60 days.
 

Warranty

Our products come with a minimum of 12 months.  For more information, please view the warranty page.

Please include a copy of your invoice with the returned part. This helps us speed up your return!

Keep in mind that you’ll be responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
 

How long do exchanges and refunds take?

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for the product to reach us may vary.
 
We recommend using a trackable shipping service so you can monitor the return delivery and any shipping delays.
Once the package arrives at our location, we usually process exchanges and refunds within 24-48 hours.
 
When it comes to refunds, we’ll return your money using the original payment method, whether that’s credit card, PayPal, or Afterpay. If you used EFT, please include your banking details so we can process your refund.
 
Once the process is initiated, typically refunds take 1-3 business days to appear in your account.
