Delivery Information
We aim to dispatch in-stock orders on the same business day, with items ordered before 2 pm AEST dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2 pm AEST will be collected by the courier or Australia Post on the next business day. Once your order is packed and ready for dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can track your package by clicking on the link provided in the email. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for your parcel to appear in the tracking system.
For timely delivery, it is recommended that shipments are sent to an attended location during business hours, whether it be home, work, or another address, to avoid delivery delays.
If you require urgent delivery, you can select Express Post during the checkout process, and we will send your package via Express Post.
We deliver parcels to PO Boxes, and flat-rate shipping is available for remote locations within Australia, although delivery times may be slightly longer.
We also offer international delivery, and the shipping cost will be automatically calculated for you during the checkout process.
For some larger items, the product may be removed from its original packaging to reduce shipping costs. However, we will ensure that the product is adequately protected during transit.
