Delivery Information
Most orders are sent out the same business day, and we aim to have in-stock items dispatched before 2 pm. The courier or Australia Post will collect any orders placed after 2 pm AEST the next business day.
Once your order has been packed and ready for dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can then track the package using the link attached to the email. Please note that your parcel may take 24 hours to register in the system.
It’s recommended that shipments are sent to a location attended to during business hours, whether at home, work or another address, to avoid redelivery delays.
Priority/Express Delivery: We can also send packages via priority/express airfreight for urgent deliveries. Just select this option during the checkout process.
PO Boxes: We deliver parcels to PO Box addresses.
Remote locations: Flat-rate shipping is also available for remote locations within Australia, although it may take slightly longer to arrive.
International Delivery: We can ship parcels Internationally. The shipping cost will be calculated automatically for you during the checkout process.
Packaging: For some larger items, the product may be removed from its original packaging to reduce shipping costs. We will still ensure that the product is adequately protected during transit.
