Delivery Information
We aim to dispatch in-stock items before 2 pm AEST on the same business day, while orders placed after 2 pm will be collected by the courier or Australia Post on the next business day. Once your order is packed and ready for dispatch, we will send you a confirmation email which will include a tracking number. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for your parcel to register in the system.
To avoid any redelivery delays, we recommend that you choose a location that is attended during business hours for shipment delivery, be it your home, workplace, or any other address. If you require urgent deliveries, you can select Express Postage during the checkout process.
We also deliver parcels to PO Box addresses and remote locations within Australia, but please note that the delivery time may be slightly longer.
