Delivery Information
We aim to dispatch in-stock items on the same business day, preferably before 2 pm AEST. Orders placed after 2 pm AEST will be collected by the courier or Australia Post on the next business day. Once your order has been packed and is ready for dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. When tracking your parcel using the link provided in the email, it may take up to 24 hours for your parcel to register in the system.
To avoid any redelivery delays, we recommend sending shipments to an address attended during business hours, such as a home or work address. For urgent deliveries, choose the priority/express delivery option during checkout.
We deliver to PO Box addresses, including remote locations within Australia, with flat rate shipping included. However, delivery to remote locations may take a little longer.
We ship parcels internationally, and the shipping cost will be automatically calculated for you during the checkout process.
For some larger items, we may remove the product from its original packaging to reduce shipping costs. Still, we will ensure that the product is adequately protected during transit.
