Delivery Information
Most orders are dispatched on the same business day. We aim to dispatch in-stock items before 2 pm AEST. However, orders placed after 2 pm AEST will be collected by the courier or Australia Post on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is ready for dispatch. Please note that your parcel may take up to 24 hours to register in the system.
It is highly recommended that you provide a delivery address attended to during business hours, be it your home, work or any other address. This will help avoid any redelivery delays.
If you need urgent deliveries, we provide priority/express airfreight services. You can select this option during the checkout process.
We deliver parcels to PO Box addresses, too, and remote locations within Australia have a flat rate shipping included. However, it may take slightly longer to arrive.
We also provide international delivery services. The shipping cost will be automatically calculated during the checkout process.
For larger items, we may remove them from their original packaging to keep shipping costs low. However, we will ensure that the product is adequately protected during transit.
