Delivery Information
We strive to dispatch in-stock items before 2 pm on the same business day. Any orders placed after 2 pm AEST will be collected by the courier or Australia Post on the next business day.
Once your order is packed, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package using the link provided in the email. Please note that the parcel may take up to 24 hours to register in the system.
To avoid redelivery delays, we recommend selecting a location that is attended during business hours, such as your home, workplace, or other address. For urgent deliveries, we offer priority/express airfreight delivery as an option during checkout.
We also deliver to PO Box addresses and offer flat-rate shipping to remote locations within Australia, although it may take longer to arrive. We can also ship parcels internationally, with shipping costs calculated automatically during checkout.
We may remove the original packaging for larger items to reduce shipping costs, but we will ensure that the product is adequately protected during transit.
