Delivery Information
We strive to dispatch in-stock orders on the same business day, with items ordered before 2 pm AEST being dispatched on the same day. If you place an order after 2 pm AEST, it will be collected by the courier or Australia Post on the next business day. Once your order is ready for dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, which you can use to track your package. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for your parcel to register in the system.
To avoid any redelivery delays, we recommend that you provide an attended location, such as your home, work, or another address during business hours. For urgent deliveries, we offer priority/express airfreight as an option during the checkout process.
We deliver parcels to PO Box addresses and remote locations within Australia, although it may take slightly longer to arrive. For international deliveries, the shipping cost will be calculated automatically during the checkout process.
