Delivery Information

Your order will be processed promptly, with in-stock items usually dispatched before 2 pm on the same business day. If you place an order after 2 pm AEST, it will be collected by the courier or Australia Post the following business day.

Once your order is packed and ready for dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use the link provided in the email to track your package. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for your parcel to be registered in the system.

To avoid redelivery delays, we recommend having your shipment sent to an attended location during business hours, such as your home, work, or other address. If you need your package urgently, you can select Express Postage during the checkout process.

We can also deliver to PO Box addresses and remote locations within Australia, though delivery may take slightly longer.

For international deliveries, shipping costs will be calculated automatically during checkout. To keep shipping costs down for larger items, we may remove them from their original packaging, but we will still ensure that they are adequately protected during transit.
