Delivery Information

Most orders are dispatched on the same business day, and we aim to dispatch in-stock items before 2 pm. Orders placed after 2 pm AEST will be collected by the courier or Australia Post on the next business day.

Once your order is packed and ready for dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use the link attached to the email to track your package, but please note that it may take up to 24 hours for your parcel to register in the system.

To avoid any redelivery delays, please make sure that your shipment is sent to a location attended during business hours, such as your home, work or any other address.

If you need urgent deliveries, you can select Express Postage during the checkout process.

We also deliver parcels to PO Box addresses and offer flat-rate shipping for remote locations within Australia, although it may take slightly longer to arrive.

For international deliveries, we can ship parcels to your destination. The shipping cost will be calculated automatically during the checkout process.

Please note that some larger items may be removed from their original packaging to reduce shipping costs. However, we will make sure that the product is adequately protected during transit.
