Delivery Information

Most orders are sent out the same business day, and we aim to have in-stock items dispatched before 2 pm. The courier or Australia Post will collect any orders placed after 2 pm AEST the next business day.

Once your order has been packed and ready for dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. The package can then be tracked using the link in the attached email. Please note that your parcel may take 24 hours to register in the system.

It’s recommended that shipments are sent to a location attended to during business hours, whether at home, work or other address, to avoid any redelivery delays.

Priority/Express Delivery: We can also send packages via priority/express airfreight for urgent deliveries. Just select this option during the checkout process.

PO Boxes: We deliver parcels to PO Box addresses.

Remote locations: Remote locations within Australia also have flat rate shipping included, although it may take slightly longer to arrive.
