A clock spring is used to connect the steering wheel to other electrical devices such as the airbag safety system, radio volume and station selections, horn and cruise controls. A clock spring can become faulty when wires become worn and break, causing a short or open circuit. The horn, radio controls and cruise controls can stop working, and the airbag warning light can come on as well.
Since the clock spring is responsible for two safety devices, including the horn and airbag safety system, replacing a faulty clock spring with a new unit is highly advised as soon as possible.

Delivery Information
Most orders are dispatched on the same business day, and we aim to send in-stock items before 2 pm AEST. If you place an order after 2 pm, the courier or Australia Post will collect it on the next business day.
Once your order is packed and ready for dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package using the link provided in the email. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for your parcel to register in the system.
To avoid any redelivery delays, we recommend sending shipments to an address that is attended during business hours, such as a home, work, or other address.
For urgent deliveries, we also offer Express Post, which you can select during the checkout process.
We deliver parcels to PO Box addresses, and flat rate shipping is included for remote locations within Australia, although it may take slightly longer to arrive.
For international deliveries, the shipping cost will be calculated automatically during the checkout process.
For some larger items, we may remove them from their original packaging to keep shipping costs down. However, we will still make sure the product is adequately protected during transit.
