Delivery Information
We aim to dispatch most orders on the same business day, and in-stock items are usually sent out before 2 pm. Any orders placed after 2 pm AEST will be collected by the courier or Australia Post the next business day.
Once your order is packed for dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number, which can be used to track your package using the link provided in the email. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for your parcel to register in the system.
To avoid redelivery delays, we recommend having shipments sent to a location that is attended during business hours, such as your home, workplace, or another address.
For urgent deliveries, we offer the option to send packages via priority/express airfreight. Simply select this option during the checkout process.
We deliver parcels to PO Box addresses, and flat-rate shipping is included for remote locations within Australia, although it may take slightly longer to arrive.
For international delivery, we can ship parcels worldwide. The shipping cost will be calculated automatically for you during the checkout process.
To decrease shipping costs for larger items, we may remove the product from its original packaging, but rest assured that we will still ensure that the product is adequately protected during transit.
