Delivery Information

Most orders are sent out the same business day, and we aim to have in-stock items dispatched before 2 pm. Any orders placed after 2 pm AEST will be collected by the courier or Australia Post the next business day.

Once your order is packed and ready for dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email that contains a tracking number. The package can then be tracked using the link attached in the email. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for your parcel to be registered in the system.

It’s recommended that shipments be sent to a location that is attended during business hours, whether that is a home, work or other address, to avoid any redelivery delays.

Priority/Express Delivery: For urgent deliveries, we can also send packages via priority or express air freight. Just select this option during the checkout process.

PO Boxes: We deliver parcels to PO Box addresses.

Remote locations: Remote areas within Australia also have flat-rate shipping included, although delivery may take slightly longer.

International Delivery: We can ship parcels internationally. The shipping cost will be calculated automatically for you during the checkout process.

Packaging: For some larger items, the product may be taken out of its original packaging to keep the shipping costs down. We will still make sure the product is adequately protected during transit.
