Delivery Information

Most orders are sent out the same business day, and we aim to have in-stock items dispatched before 2 pm. The courier or Australia Post will collect any orders placed after 2 pm AEST the next business day.

Once your order has been packed and is ready for dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. The package can then be tracked via the link in the email. Please note that your parcel may take 24 hours to register in the system.

It’s recommended that shipments are sent to a location attended during business hours, whether at home, work or another address, to avoid redelivery delays.

Priority/Express Delivery: For urgent deliveries, we can also send packages via priority/express airfreight. Just select this option during checkout.

PO Boxes: We deliver parcels to PO Box addresses.

Remote locations: Flat-rate shipping is also included for remote locations within Australia, though delivery may take slightly longer.

International Delivery: We can ship parcels internationally. The shipping cost will be calculated automatically for you during the checkout process.

Packaging: For some more oversized items, the product may be removed from its original packaging to reduce shipping costs. We will still ensure that the product is adequately protected during transit.
