Delivery Information
Most orders are shipped on the same business day, and we strive to dispatch in-stock items by 2 pm. The courier or Australia Post will collect any orders placed after 2 pm AEST the next business day.
Once your order has been packed and is ready for dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. The package can then be tracked using the link attached to the email. Please note that your parcel may take up to 24 hours to be registered in the system.
To avoid any redelivery delays, it’s recommended that shipments be sent to a location attended to during business hours, whether at home, work, or another address.
Priority/Express Delivery: For urgent deliveries, we can also send packages via priority/express airfreight. Just select this option during the checkout process.
PO Boxes:Â We deliver parcels to PO Box addresses.
Remote locations: Flat-rate shipping is also available for remote locations within Australia, although delivery may take slightly longer.
International Delivery: We offer international shipping services. The shipping cost will be calculated automatically for you during the checkout process.
Packaging: For some larger items, the product may be removed from its original packaging to reduce shipping costs. We will still ensure that the product is adequately protected during transit.
