Delivery Information
We aim to send in-stock items out the same business day and before 2 pm AEST. Orders placed after this time will be collected by the courier or Australia Post the next business day.
Once your order is packed and ready, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Your parcel may not register in the system for up to 24 hours.
To avoid redelivery delays, it’s best to have shipments sent to a location attended to during business hours. We also offer Express Post for urgent deliveries, and we deliver parcels to PO Box addresses. Remote locations within Australia also have flat-rate shipping, although delivery may take slightly longer. For international delivery, shipping costs will be calculated automatically during checkout.
To keep shipping costs down, some oversized items may be removed from their original packaging, but we’ll still ensure they’re adequately protected during transit.
