Delivery FAQ
We strive to dispatch in-stock items on the same business day. Orders placed before 2 pm AEST will be sent out on the same day. If you place an order after 2 pm AEST, it will be collected by the courier or Australia Post on the next business day.
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email.
If you are worried that you have not received your tracking number yet, kindly check your junk folder for your email address before contacting us. Sometimes, our emails may end up in your spam folder.
Delivery Times Within Australia – Regular Delivery
Clocksprings Australia charges a flat rate of $12 for regular delivery across Australia.
It is suggested that you provide an address where someone is available during business hours to receive the shipment. This will prevent any delays in redelivery.

After packing your order for dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email that includes a tracking number.

Delivery Times Within Australia – Express Delivery
If you opt for the priority/express delivery option, we can send your package via Team Global Express or Australia Post Express for a flat rate of $18.
You can select the priority/express option during the checkout process.
For CBD and major city areas, priority/express package delivery is usually 1-2 business days. However, if you live in a remote location, please allow 3-4 days for delivery.
Do You Ship to PO Boxes?
Yes, parcels can be delivered to PO Box addresses via Australia Post.
Remote Locations
Remote locations within Australia also include flat-rate shipping, although it may take slightly longer to arrive.
International Deliveries
Clocksprings Australia offers shipping to most countries around the world.
The cost of postage for international delivery will be automatically calculated when you add the product to your cart.
Although we aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours, we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the courier or their overseas counterparts, or delays caused by International Customs clearance.
Please note: Import duties, taxes, and charges aren’t included in the item price or postage cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
Damaged Packages
All items are checked prior to packing and handled with great care, to ensure that each item is guaranteed to be dispatched in perfect condition.
Clocksprings Australia is not directly liable for any loss, theft, or damage to any goods whilst in transit; however, if your item arrives in a damaged condition please contact us.
