Delivery Information

Our goal is to send in-stock items out the same business day and before 2 pm AEST. Orders placed after this time will be collected by the courier or Australia Post the next business day.

Once your order is packed and ready, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. It may take up to 24 hours for your parcel to register in the system.

To avoid any redelivery delays, it’s best to have shipments sent to a location that is attended to during business hours. We also offer Express Post for urgent deliveries, and we deliver parcels to PO Box addresses. Remote locations within Australia also have flat-rate shipping, although delivery may take slightly longer. For international delivery, shipping costs will be calculated automatically during the checkout process.

To keep shipping costs down, some more oversized items may be taken out of their original packaging, but we’ll still ensure they’re adequately protected during transit.
