Delivery Information

Most orders are shipped the same business day, and we strive to dispatch in-stock items by 2 pm. The courier, or Australia Post, will collect any orders placed after 2 pm AEST on the next business day.

Once your order is packed for dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. The package can then be tracked using the link attached to the email. Please note that your parcel may take up to 24 hours to be registered in the system.

It’s recommended that shipments are sent to a location attended to during business hours, whether at home, work or another address, to avoid any redelivery delays.

Express Post: We can also send packages via Express Post for urgent deliveries. Just select Express Postage during the checkout process.

PO Boxes: We deliver parcels to PO Box addresses.

Remote locations: Remote locations within Australia also have flat-rate shipping included, although it may take slightly longer to arrive.

International Delivery: We can ship parcels internationally. The shipping cost will be calculated automatically for you during the checkout process.

Packaging: For some more oversized items, the product may be removed from its original packaging to decrease shipping costs. We will still make sure the product is adequately protected during transit.
