Important Information About Our Warranty Coverage

All products supplied by Clocksprings Australia come with a 12-month warranty, except for brands such as VAICO, VEMO & ACKOJA which come with a 24-month warranty.

For your safety and to validate the warranty, the purchased product must be installed by a qualified automotive electrician or vehicle technician. Before we process any warranty claims, we will require a copy of the installation invoice issued by the auto electrician to pass on to the product manufacturer.

 

If you believe the product has failed under warranty, please contact us and include your full name and order number. Additional information may be requested, such as your delivery address, email address, and phone number.

 

While we can provide advice on minor technical issues, the product must be returned to us for assessment before we can determine any warranty claim.

 

If the product is found to be defective during the warranty assessment, Clocksprings Australia will supply a replacement. If the original product is no longer available, another branded product, credit, or refund may be offered.

 

Please note that faults or defects resulting from product modification, installation in a vehicle specification different from the manufacturer’s design, use in racing or off-road applications, or incorrect installation are not covered under warranty.

 

Additionally, the warranty does not cover expenses related to the fitting or removal of the product from the vehicle, including labour charges, extra fees, or costs associated with vehicle damage or loss of income.
