Delivery Information
Most orders are sent out the same business day and we aim to have in-stock items dispatched before 2 pm. The courier or Australia Post will collect any orders placed after 2 pm AEST the next business day.
Once your order has been packed and ready for dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. The package can then be tracked using the link attached in the email. Please note that your parcel may take 24 hours to register in the system.
To avoid any redelivery delays, it’s recommended that shipments be sent to a location that is attended during business hours, whether that is a home, work, or other address.
Express Post: We can also send packages via Express Post for urgent deliveries. Just select Express postage during the checkout process.
PO Boxes: We deliver parcels to PO Box addresses.
Remote locations: Flat-rate shipping is also included for remote locations within Australia, although it may take slightly longer to arrive.
