Delivery Information
Most orders are dispatched on the same business day and we strive to send in-stock items before 2 p.m. Orders placed after 2 pm AEST will be picked up by the courier or Australia Post on the following business day.
Once your order is packed and ready for dispatch, we will send you a confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can then track your package using the link provided in the email. Please note that your parcel may take up to 24 hours to register in the system.
To avoid any redelivery delays, we recommend sending shipments to an attended location during business hours, whether that’s a home, work, or other address. If you need your package urgently, we can send it via priority/express airfreight. Choose this option during the checkout process.
We deliver parcels to PO Box addresses, including remote locations within Australia, although it may take slightly longer to arrive.
We also offer international delivery, and the shipping cost will be automatically calculated during the checkout process.
We may remove the product from its original packaging for some larger items to reduce shipping costs. However, we will ensure that the product is adequately protected during transit.
